  • JIM HODGE DONATES 1000+ BOOKS                          Thank you to Jim Hodge for donating over 1000 books to Bethany Elementary students.  Mr. Hodge wanted to place one book in every student's hands for the summer.
  • BPS SUMMER CAMP OFFERINGS Summer camps registration forms can be found in the left hand column under "Quick Links".  Print the registration form and return to the designated place or person.
  • BHS TRACK SUCCESSFUL AT STATE                               BHS claims three individual state championships as well as the Boy's Track Team finishing 4th overall.  The three individual state champions are:  Garrett McGrady - Shot Put, Destinee Jimenez - Discus and Grayson Haws - 1600 Meter Run.  These three individuals will also be honored as Oklahoma All State Athletes.
  • BHS GIRL'S SOCCER ADVANCE TO STATE CHAMPIONSHIP GAME                                  BHS Girl's Soccer Team won the Regional Championship by defeating Wagoner 1 - 0.  They will play for the State Championship on Saturday, May 12 vs. Verdigris at 3:30 pm at Newcastle.

  • BPS SCHOOL SITES RECOGNIZED AS REWARD SCHOOLS Bethany High School, Bethany Middle School and Bethany Elementary School were recognized as "Reward Schools" by the Oklahoma State Board of Education and State Legislators.  "Reward Schools" are those in the top 10% of performance in all assessments from three years worth of data ending in 2010-2011.  Congratulations to the students and the educators at these schools for the work they have done to merit the distinction of being a "Reward School."
  • SIERRA COLLINS SUPPORT STAFF PERSON OF THE YEAR                          Bethany Public Schools business secretary, Sierra Collins, has been selected as the Bethany Public Schools support staff person of the year.  Congratulations Mrs. Collins!
  • AMY WILLHOITE DISTRICT TEACHER OF THE YEAR     Bethany High School science teacher, Amy Willhoite, has been selected as the Bethany Public Schools district teacher of the year.  Congratulations Mrs. Willhoite!
