Huge CONGRATULATIONS to our Bethany Middle School Teacher of the Year, Mrs. Lauren Toler! Mrs. Toler has been a teacher at Bethany Public Schools for 15 years, teaching 1st and 2nd grade previously, before bringing her experience and enthusiasm to the middle school. She is now a vital part of our sixth grade team, teaching Western Geography. Mrs. Toler says her favorite thing about working with middle school-aged students is the meaningful relationships she is able to build with them. She loves when they stop by throughout the day to tell her things that are on their minds or that are important to them. She loves hearing all they have to say! We are so glad you are a part of our middle school team, Mrs. Toler -- congratulations on this well-deserved award!

No after school tutoring on Tuesday, Feb 18, due to parent-teacher conferences. All other times/dates available as posted here. Tutoring is a great opportunity for extra help, or quiet time with a teacher to get caught up on any late or missing work that students might have. Thank you!

REMINDER:
Due to ongoing illnesses affecting students and staff, school will be closed Monday, February 3rd for a 72-hour recovery period.
We appreciate your understanding as we work to keep everyone healthy and feeling #betterinbethany!

Reminder, TOMORROW night is our Sonic fundraiser night for Bethany Middle School! Thank you in advance for your support of our school and students by taking part if you are able!

We wanted to inform you of a schedule change regarding the upcoming Middle School Dance. Due to the recent school closure on Monday, February 3rd, and district-wide cleaning protocols, we have had to postpone the dance.
The new date for the Middle School Dance will be Tuesday, February 25th, from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM. We are aware that the Middle School Show Choir Concert is also scheduled for that same evening, but after reviewing the calendar, this is the only available date for the dance.
To accommodate both events, the Show Choir Concert has been rescheduled to 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM. We hope this allows students to attend both the concert and the dance. Thank you for your understanding and support.
