Parents, attached please find the schedule for this week's upcoming semester tests. Tests for odd-hour classes (1st, 3rd, 5th, and 7th) will be given on Thursday, Dec 19th. Tests for even-hour classes (2nd, 4th, 6th, and Broncho Time) will be given on Friday, Dec 20th. Students will have the opportunity to confirm their exemption status for each class tomorrow (Monday) during 4th hour. Due to anticipated student numbers, 8th grade lunch will be combined with 7th grade lunch on Thursday and Friday (see times attached.) Please make arrangements if this affects your child's schedule or their need for a lunch drop off or pick up. Please remember that students cannot be checked out of a test session early. Also please remember that the deadline to turn in a walk-home form for student is Tuesday, Dec 17th, at 3pm. Walking home during semester test days also requires a same day phone call before 10 am. That form was sent home to you via email last week. If you would like to have a walk home form on file for your student but cannot remember if you have already turned one in, please err on the side of caution and turn one in again. If you still need a walk home form, your child may pick one up from the office. Thank you, we are looking forward to finishing the semester strong!
